دويټامینوورځنۍ اندازه

که دویټامینونودخوراک لپاره تاسوته ډاکټرځانګړې مشؤره نه وي درکړې اوویټامین خورئ نوخپل ورځنې خوراک دلاندی جدؤل له مخې وټاکئ . دیادؤلووړده چې ماشومانوته به هیڅکله دډاکټرله مشورې پرته ددوا اوویټامینوګولئ نه ورکوئ
